Yes, onsite registration is available. Registration hours are 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 20 and 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21.

What is the difference between conferences and workshops?
Workshops are product-focused classes by exhibitors, while conferences are purely educational sessions sponsored by ICES.

Will conferences and workshops have Spanish translation services?
Some conferences will be conducted entirely in Spanish, while others will offer translation services. However, workshops will not provide any translation services.

How much is congress admission?
Early-bird rates are $40.00 for a 1-day admission and $60.00 for a 2-day admission. After 10/04/24 the rates increase to $60.00 for a 1-day admission and $80.00 for a 2-day admission. Onsite registration will also be available at the same rates: $60.00 for 1-day and $80.00 for 2-day admission.

Do you offer discounts on tickets?
Yes, early-bird prices will save you $20 off your admission by October 4, 2024. Click here to register.

I am a student, do I get a discount?
Yes, as a student you can enjoy a special 2-day all-inclusive rate of only $40. Please note, students cannot register online; registration is available only through your school or onsite. Onsite registration hours are Sunday, October 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Monday, October 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Student Identification will be required in order to obtain your special rate. (ex. student ID, school contract, permit).

Do teachers/instructors get complimentary admission?
Yes, 1 complimentary admission per school. Click here for registration information.

Do I need to pay extra or sign up for the conferences & workshops?
No, all education is included with your admission. No sign-up or extra payment is required. We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes early to the sessions for optimal seating.

Can I purchase a certificate of attendance?
Yes, for $10 cash inside the exhibition floor.

Are babies/children allowed on the show floor?
We encourage you not to bring your child to the congress, however, if necessary, you will need to sign a waiver at the attendee information booth upon entering the congress.

Do you offer exclusive rates for hotels near the convention center for ICES attendees?
Yes, exclusive rates are available. Make sure to take advantage and book your stay. Click here for details. 

Is there parking at the convention center?
Yes, the Miami Beach Convention Center has parking garages. The rates start at $20 per day. There are also surrounding parking lots.
