PRESS INFORMATION
INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF ESTHETICS AND SPA – MIAMI BEACH 2010
Thank you for your interest in the International Congress of Esthetics and Spa, April 10-12, 2010 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Florida, United States.
As a journalist, the International Congress of Esthetics and Spa is your proven opportunity of the year to experience the newest skin care and spa trends and products while making contact with the leaders in the skin care and spa industry.
The International Congress of Esthetics and Spa staff will be available to assist you by providing information and arranging interviews.
APPLICATION PROCESS
IF YOU ARE EMPLOYED AS A JOURNALIST
- You must work in an editorial capacity in order to receive a press pass. People who work in sales, advertising, publishing, etc. are not eligible for press passes.
- A maximum of two press passes will be granted per media outlet. Special circumstances, such as television crews, will be evaluated on an individual basis.
- Proof of employment as a journalist is required in order to receive a press pass. The specific proof of employment (business card, letterhead, etc.) will be determined on an individual basis.
- Press passes may be requested by contacting Director of Marketing
Christele de La Haye at christele@LNEONLINE.com. - You will be notified as to the status of your request no later than one week after your request is submitted.
- Press passes may be picked up at the exhibitor registration counter on-site.
IF YOU ARE A FREELANCE JOURNALIST
- An assignment letter from an editor or producer must be submitted. The letter must be on company letterhead, list the specific piece you will be covering and be signed by the editor or producer.
- The assignment letter should be mailed or faxed to Christele de La Haye at 305.443.1664.
- You will be notified as to the status of your request no later than one week after your request is submitted.
- Press passes must be picked up at the exhibitor counter on-site.
